Late Fee, Cancellation and Refund policy: Anyone who does not register for an event by the indicated closing registration date/time, will be subject to an additional fee of $10. LACC reserves the right to cancel events. If registrants contact LACC at least 24 hours prior to the event start time to make a cancellation, he/she will be issued a credit that can be applied to any same priced event within the following 90 days. In the case of a no-show on the day of the event, no credit will be issued. All events are non-refundable.
Photographs and/or video will be taken at this event. By taking part in this event you acknowledge that the event organizers may use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
