** The fiscal year of the Luxembourg-American Chamber of Commerce starts the First of January of each year. The Annual Meeting, held during the month of June, reviews the previous year’s performance and the sets the goals for the following year. If accepted as a member of the LACC, the members of the Luxembourg-American Chamber of Commerce agree to abide and be bound by the Chamber’s by-laws. If joining in November or December, dues for the upcoming calendar year will be collected in full and current year dues for these two months will be waived.**
